Maggie joined Hains & Lewis in 2008 as a Consultant following a successful career with the Crown Prosecution Service. She is an experienced court advocate.
Maggie is a Higher Court Advocate and has prepared and conducted hundreds of complex cases in both the Magistrates’ and the Crown Court. She also has experience of working for and against Local Authorities and other organisations in the preparation and presentation of prosecutions and licensing issues.
She was instrumental in setting up the first Domestic Abuse Court in Dyfed-Powys and delivered training to the Crown Prosecution staff.
