Having been brought up in Pembrokeshire, after a period spent studying and travelling, Vicki moved back to the county to pursue a legal career.
Qualifying in 1980, she has practiced in many areas of contentious litigation but has specialised in more recent years in Family and Children Law. She is a founder member of the Law Society Children Panel and regularly undertakes advocacy in the Family Proceedings Courts, County Courts and High Courts in private and public law proceedings involving children.
In recent years Vicki’s involvement in other family cases has centred on more complex financial disputes involving separating couples, particularly when businesses, pensions or tax complexities arise. She is the director in the practice with overall responsibility for all aspects of litigation conducted by the practice.
Vicki has her own farm and maintains an active interest in agriculture. With this background she is able to understand the problems facing the rural and farming fraternity and is happy to advise in these matters and when she cannot assist personally has access to a large range of advisors to fit the bill.
Vicki is the solicitors’ representative on the Dyfed/West Glamorgan Family Justice Council.
