Lydia Addis

Lydia is a Director at the Firm and is Head of the Property and Private Client Departments.

She is highly experienced in both private client work (Wills, Probate and Inheritance Tax Planning) together with  residential and commercial conveyancing.  In addition, she specialises in agricultural matters achieving the qualification of Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association held only by a handful of lawyers in Wales. Lydia also offers rural tax and estate planning to include options such as  succession and lifetime gifts/inheritance in order to  mitigate one’s estate from potential inheritance tax and death tax liabilities.

She is bilingual in both English and Welsh and is happy to converse in either language. In July 2024 Lydia was appointed a director.
