Our property department is able to advise on a range of property matters drawing on the different skills of our specialist staff. We serve clients throughout west Wales and further afield. We handle transactions ranging from the sale and purchase of residential houses and flats through to the sale and purchase of commercial investment property as well as acting for developers in site acquisition and the subsequent development including infrastructure agreements through to the preparation of the model documentation enabling the sale of the properties once built.
The department also handles leasehold property from standard residential tenancy agreements through to negotiation of shop and office leases on behalf of Landlords and Tenants
We act for lenders and borrowers in connection with secured lending matters.
As with other departments of the firm we use up to date technology and processes to ensure that matters are progressed efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
We are up front about costs. For routine matters we are happy to agree a fixed fee in advance and for more complex transactions we will provide an estimate of fees at the outset and regular cost updates.
Without clients we would have no practice. We recognise this and try to treat each client as if he/she was our only one.
