Eleri Williams

Eleri qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and joined Hains and Lewis in 2026. She deals with all types of commercial property transactions involving individuals, companies and partnerships, as well as dealing with lenders, surveyors and estate agents. She also undertakes various landlord and tenant work, including leases for commercial premises, and ancillary lease work, such as deeds of surrenders, tenancies at will, and licences.

Eleri regularly supports our commercial team with the property aspects of various business transactions, including refinancing, second mortgages and purchases of businesses.

As a fluent Welsh speaker, Eleri is happy to deal with all transactions in both Welsh and English.

Outside the office, Eleri enjoys participating in pub quizzes, and trying and testing different recipes from around the world.
