Kareena Davies

Kareena is Head of Commercial and qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and was appointed as a director in 2026. Kareena is commercially driven and has a pragmatic approach.

Kareena can advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company formations, Shareholder and Partnership Agreements, Commercial Agreements and business disposals. Kareena also has a wealth of knowledge in commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, financing, lettings and developments.  

As well as commercial transactions Kareena also has extensive knowledge and expertise in private client matters, to include Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Kareena is based in our Narberth Office and is responsible for its operational management. Outside of the office, Kareena enjoys spending time with family and her dog Daphne, running and yoga.
